Made from fresh boneless and skinless chicken breast, (Antibiotic & MSG free).

Product Purpose : 

- Use as meat filling for yong tauhu ( Yong Zhap ), dumpling ( Wantan ) and meatball ( Bakso ).

- Suitable to form and shape to make other products in wide range of foods variety.

Serving Method :

- Unfreeze chicken meat paste from freezer, pour into a bowl and mix with seasoning ( Flavor as desired )

Preservation :

- Keep unused chicken meat paste into food container, freeze under -18 degree celsius. 

Cooking Methods :

- Deep fried, steam cook and boil.
